Refund policy

At Balanced Day Living, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.

Due to the natural and unique nature of our crystal products, slight variations in colour, size, and pattern are not considered faults.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balanceddayliving.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or digital products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
