Delivery Information

We currently ship within the UK. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your items, but if you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@balanceddayplanners.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
