Our Story

Balanced Day Planners began with a simple idea – bringing structure and mindfulness together in a way that works for real life.

Like many people juggling work, family life and everything in between, I have always loved writing things down. Notebooks and planners helped organise tasks, but they didn’t always address the mental load that comes with busy modern lives.

As a busy mum managing work, family responsibilities and everyday life, I realised that planning alone wasn’t enough. What was missing were gentle reminders to pause, take breaks and care for ourselves while staying productive.

This idea led to the creation of the Balanced Day Planner – a practical daily planner designed to support both productivity and wellbeing.
